Nice Kicks and adidas appear to have partnered up once again for a Woodstock inspired Ultra Boost. Their collaborative efforts were last seen through an NMD during its Consortium World Tour back in 2016. Now, Nice Kicks and adidas revisit a familiar pattern with a vibrant color scheme present throughout the model.

Although Nice Kicks has remained relatively quiet with its collaborations since its release of the NMD, the latest Ultra Boost images give an indication as to why. The aforementioned NMD was composed of a Red and Black Tie-Dye pattern inspired by San Fransisco’s ’60’s movement. After three years and many iterations of the Ultra Boost, the two brands have joined forces once again. Directly inspired by the historic 1969 Woodstock event, the pair pays homage to its psychedelic journey.

Unlike its Red and Black NMD predecessor, the latest Ultra Boost x Nice Kicks presents an eye-catching vibrant color scheme. Featuring a rainbow color Primeknit upper, the silhouette is completely covered in the design. The midfoot cage presents a translucent option so that the Tie-Dye design can be seen clearly from all angles. While the upper dons a vibrant design, the Boost, midsole, laces, and sock liners contrast the colorful pattern with White accents. The Ultra Boost also features reinforced toe caps and dual branding tongue tags. The Nice Kicks x Ultra Boost can perhaps be one of the least expected but most wanted releases in a recent memory.
