PUMA and MTV are teaming up for a colorful new collection. Using PUMA’s sleek new RS-X silhouette as a canvas, the runner is cloaked in a variety of colorways, one of which has finally surfaed in early images online.

PUMA’s retro releases are on fire right now. Most recently, the brand has reissued its Running System technology from the 1980s and adapted it for a whole new form: the RS-X. To celebrate, they’ve partnered with a string of collaborators to create a beautiful offering of 80s and 90s themed sneakers. Projects with companies like Toys R Us, Hot Wheels, and Tetris, are already in the books, and this week, we have a good look at the next in line, which sees PUMA team up with legendary TV channel MTV on a collection of bright new shoes.

The MTV x PUMA RS-X Bold is the third iteration of MTV’s take on the new silhouette set to release this month. Last week, we previewed the first two pastel-colored shoes, while the new look goes a little bit brighter. Beginning with a white base for the shoe, vibrant green and pink tones are added to the various layers to give an old-school athletic clothing-inspired look.

MTV and PUMA are ready to release their new collaboration on March 14th, 2019. The colorful set of RS-X sneakers will likely retail for more than the usual $110 price tag, and release from both PUMA and select retailers.
