Each “Terracotta” sole combines three parts: a fixed structural base, a cushioning EVA layer, and a swappable Vibram ground piece that takes the brunt of daily wear. Leather uppers run across all three styles, and Mr. Bailey says the build is meant to let each pair pass through generations instead of getting tossed once the outsole wears down.
