The telecom company Motorola partners up with PUMA for a technology-inspired RS-X Tech. Their collaborative efforts celebrate the technological advancements within the sneaker world. This places emphasis on PUMA’s RS-X line while also showcasing Motorola’s cultural influence.
Motorola and PUMA set out to combine parallels betweens the RS-X Tech and design elements from previous Motorola mobile phones. That notion extends onto part of the sole by creating a texture reminiscent of keypad’s found on older versions of their cellphones. PUMA’s silhouette boasts a multi-color upper that has a futuristic Silver and Sodalite Blue across their respective segments accompanied by a Silver/Black sole.
The partnership between the two companies extends past the RS-X Tech model and into apparel; it features quirky tees, track tops and shorts that show the evolution of communication and fashion alike. With collaborations becoming more original, this combination of technology and fashion blend together effortlessly and present a new take on nostalgic elements.
