LEGO Dragon Ball “Shenron & Goku” Set Design

Most of the set is built around Shenron, coiled above a base that holds all seven Dragon Balls. LEGO built the dragon in his familiar green with a gold underside and red accents, using bricks to recreate the look of his scales, horns and claws, and the head and claws can be repositioned once the build is finished. The set also debuts LEGO’s first Kid Goku minifigure, dressed in his orange gi with spiky black hair and a Saiyan tail, plus his Power Pole and a Nimbus cloud that detaches for display. A plaque built into the base carries the original Dragon Ball manga logo, and the finished model stands roughly 12.5 inches tall and 9 inches wide. Builders can follow the set virtually using 3D instructions in the LEGO Builder app.

Is This the First LEGO x Dragon Ball Set?

Yes. It’s the first officially licensed LEGO Dragon Ball set, confirmed in a press release quoting Toei Animation president and CEO Masayuki Endo. The companies have said more collaborations are planned for 2027 and beyond.
