Inspired by the animated film Kubo and the Two Strings, Jordan Brand will be releasing a limited edition Kubo x Air Jordan 15 which features alternating colorways.
The Kubo x Air Jordan 15 is inspired by Phil Night’s animated film Kubo and the Two Strings. The film is directed by his son, Travis Night and is set to hit theaters on Thursday, August 18th. The film highlights a young kid named Kubo who attempts to find a magical suit of armor worn by his father in order to defeat his opposition. The Kubo Air Jordan 15 collection features alternating colorways on each shoe, one side red and the other blue to display the good and evil in the film. The Kubo x Air Jordan 15 is set to release on August 8th via a live eBay auction hosted by the Just Keep Livin Foundation. All proceeds will go to the foundation. Next, on August 11th gamers will be able to battle the Moon Beast online at www.kubothemovie.com to compete for 250 total pairs.
