Jordan Trunner O/S “Space Jam Planet” Design
The Space Jam 30th anniversary collection celebrates the film that starred Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny. It runs across the Jumpman line, from the Air Jordan 11 Retro Space Jam to new pairs themed on the Monstars’ amusement park planet. The Trunner O/S, Jordan Brand’s first real step into tech runner styling, nears its one year mark as it joins the pack.
The upper pairs black mesh with light blue accents on the toebox and across the rest of the shoe. Red suede covers the toe, the lace panel and the lower swipe of the side panels. Orange hits the heel and the lace wing.
The midsole is deep purple and the outsole is light pink. Orange and purple also show up on the side cage and sockliner. Branding stays restrained, with a small “Air Bugs” logo on the heel. The shoebox carries the same all over print as the rest of the collection.
