Jordan Brand’s hot streak with the Jordan 1 silhouette will continue into 2019. This week, a new colorway set to drop in January has leaked online. Check out the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Hyper Crimson”.
The Air Jordan 1 is getting lots of love from the brand this year. As one of the most sought-after sneakers of all time, the high top silhouette has appeared in hundreds of different colorways and variations, yet Jordan Brand still manages to impress with new looks. This week, we have some clear new images of an upcoming colorway set to launch early next year. This color scheme was originally leaked in the Summer 0f 2018 alongside a handful of other upcoming Jordan 1 colorways, though only mockup images were available at the time. This Jordan 1 Retro High OG begins with a flat black base for the upper, encased by neutral grey paneling. The ankle padding comes in a new faded crimson tone, which gives the shoe its “Hyper Crimson” moniker. Finally, the colorway is rounded out by a small bit of text on the lateral sides that reads “SP 19 Air Jordan 1 High OG”.
