Hello Kitty and Nike are reportedly back in the lab with the duo revisiting their Air Presto Collaboration from 2004 for a public release later this year.

Sort of a phenomenon for sneakerheads, it could be your first time hearing of the Hello Kitty x Nike Air Presto collaboration, or just reading that phrase can unlock many memories you forgot you had. Originally teaming up in 2004, Hello Kitty and Nike were set to release a limited run of 500 Prestos in a total of four different colorways to the public that quickly turned into an even more limited friends and family run of a rumored 12 pairs of each makeover being made.

It is still unknown if Nike will be revisiting some of the original offerings that they were set on in 2004 or creating more contemporary themes but due to the climate of the collaboration and the hype that it will create, Nike will more than likely be doing everything to get the collaboration 100% right which has already created a delay in the processing but don’t worry, the collaboration is still expected to hit retailers during the Holiday season.

We will be following the story closely so make sure to keep it locked to JustFreshKicks for updates on the Hello Kitty x Nike Air Presto collaboration. Enjoy one of the original 2004 makeovers below.
