While we’re used to The North Face teaming up with streetwear brands in the past, ahead of this years’ colder season it looks the outerwear company will be heating things up and teaming up with none other than Gucci.
The North Face is always expected to collaborate with Supreme at least once every season and has been the highlight of many hypebeast fits over the past couple of years. The brand has entered into the street-wear world although primarily being an outdoor durability brand. Although Supreme is big in itself, a collaboration with Gucci raises the bar to the next level.
While we aren’t exactly sure what the collaboration will hold, we just have one image to go off of that showcases the usual North Face puffy jacket with the iconic Gucci Diamante pattern throughout. With this being the only look at the future collaboration, it gives us a steady outlook at what may be of the collaboration. Fans can expect normal North Face gear accented by double branding to solidify the partnership. With Gucci appearing on outerwear attire, it will be interesting to see if The North Face enters the world of Gucci and designer galore.

UPDATE 1/5: The North Face x Gucci avatar items are now available in-game on the Pokémon GO app. The items, which include t-shirts, backpacks, and hats, will be available for a limited time at 100 PokéStops around the world.

UPDATE 1/2: Check out the full Gucci x The North Face collection below which is scheduled to begin hitting retailers early this month, January 6th.
UPDATE 12/27: Gucci posted a photo of a Pokémon GO flag in front of a co-branded tent with the caption “Coming Soon.” Although no other details have been confirmed, it is likely that we will see some of the collection available for use within the app. Check out the photo below along with new images of the Puffer Jacket.
UPDATE: Portions of the upcoming collection have been revealed in product shots you can check out below. From the early looks of it, the duo will be including all products in the collection. Stay tuned for release details and information as we head into the new year.
