Several years have passed since we last saw a collaboration between Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment Design and Nike. Now, it appears they have a special pair of the Zoom Spiridon cooking, coming sometime in 2024.

Fragment Design and Nike have a long-standing collaborative relationship, from their legendary Air Jordan 1 to more recent projects like the Dunk High or AJ3. The brand’s founder, Hiroshi Fujiwara (AKA the godfather of streetwear), was a part of Nike’s legendary HTM line, which fused the brand’s innovation with street-ready designs. Now, Fragment and Nike appear to be gearing up for a new collaboration, likely to arrive sometime in 2024. This time around, the two are working with the Zoom Spiridon, refining the look of the retro runner to be more streamlined, and dressing it in a dark navy blue color scheme. The new look revises the upper to remove its multi-layered mesh upper, replacing it with a single piece of nylon. The mudguard is added in a shaggy suede textile, while white leather Swooshes add a bright pop to the outer sides.

Nike’s next collaboration with Fragment Design has not been announced for release, and likely will not drop until sometime in 2024. Featuring the Zoom Spiridon, seen here in a dark navy blue color scheme, pairs will likely be available from the SNKRS app and select retailers, with a price tag in the range of $160.
