Key Details
- The Concrete Boys x Nike Air Force 1 Mid marks Lil Yachty's first AF1 Mid project, dressing the often overlooked silhouette in an all-black base with bound, taped seams.
- Volt green branding and green-tinted paneling break up the dark upper, while Concrete Boys logos remain on the heels to maintain the Yachty-driven branding pattern.
- The Mid build expands the Concrete Boys series beyond the AF1 Low colorways, broadening the partnership with a higher-cut format for the rapper's Nike catalog.

Lil Yachty’s Concrete Boys collaborations with Nike are taking a step in (sort of) a new direction this year. Having released several pairs of the Air Force 1 Low so far, a new pair of the Mid silhouette has now emerged.
The partnership between Lil Yachty and Nike dropped its first release way back in 2024. The project features a simple white and blue color of the Air Force 1 Low with the Concrete Boys logo on the heels. The release drummed up plenty of discussion after Complex named the pair one of their top 10 sneakers of the year for 2024, prompting many sneakerheads to voice their thoughts about what a SOTY can and should be. Regardless, Yachty and Nike still had plans for more releases, with several more pairs of the AF1 low arriving throughout 2025.
This week, we have our first look at a new Concrete Boys sneaker since last Summer, quite a long wait in the world of footwear collabs. The shoes were spotted on feet out and about in the world, and show Yachty’s first foray with the Air Force 1 Mid, an often overlooked cut of the iconic basketball shoe. The pair sports an all black base, adding color through the application of taped or bound or stitched visible seams. The shoe’s paneling is highlighted with a green shade, while all branding elements are trimmed with Nike’s Volt green tone. As always, the Concrete Boys logo appears on the heels.
The new Air Force 1 Mid from Lil Yachty’s Concrete Boys and Nike does not have a release date yet, but we hope to see the silhouette arrive sometime in Summer 2026. This edition would be the first higher-cut AF1 from Yachty, and features a black underlay with bound edges in green and neon yellow shades. Details are sparse, but we will update this story with more information when it is available.
