COMME des GARCONS always has found a way to creep up back into our minds with being quiet for a while and then collaborating on a great pair of kicks. Now they are set to team up with Naomi Osaka on the Nike Blazer Mid for the ultimate trifecta.

22-year-old tennis phenom, Naomi Osaka from Japan has had a quick path to success. While the journey hasn’t been easy, she has quickly become the best female tennis player in the country being ranked number 1 by the Women’s Tennis Association, which marks the first time ever a Japanese player has held the title. Now as she was set to represent Japan in the Olympic Games this year, her superstardom will likely be amplified once the entire world gets to see what she brings to the table.

This Nike Blazer Mid comes as casual as possible which allows COMME des GARCONS to do their thing on the entire upper. Dressed in white canvas and light grey suede overlays, COMME des GARCONS and Naomi Osaka spell-outs adorn the entire upper in all over fashion. A white leather Nike Swoosh is stamped onto the side paneling while Naomi’s signature in dark lettering adorns the side paneling while also inscribing, “Home is where the heart is.”
