Chinatown Market’s first collaborative efforts with PUMA come to fruition through a full collection featuring sneakers and clothing. The vibrant designs are a reflection of Canal Street’s aesthetic that has influenced Chinatown Market’s approach to fashion.

The collection is composed of not one, but four iconic PUMA silhouettes; each model has been reworked in typical Chinatown Market fashion. Opting for a “DIY” look, the Chinatown Market x PUMA collection offer the following; the PUMA Suede, Ralph Sampson Low, STORM, and a sandal all consisting of a hands-on design that allows the wearer to customize their sneakers.

One of the models is the STORM: it features a chunky midsole and a mulit-color mesh upper complete with nubuck and leather overlays. The formstrip comes dressed in all yellow through the outside medial side while the inside dons a green look. The Suede features a black and yellow checkered design contrasted by a simple white sole. The removable formstrip comes in all black and can be interchangeable between one another. The Ralph Sampson has two different variations; a white and black model. While the two models have contrasting color schemes, the design is similar with both shoes having a removable multi-colored formstrip across its side. A Chinatown Market tab can also be found above the aforementioned formstrip. The last model presented is a sandal that appears to have dual branding across its straps offering a more functional wear. Dressed in all black, the sandal combines both brand’s into one distinct and unique silhouette.

The collection is set to release through Chinatown’s website as a pre-launch ahead of its July 11th global release. The wide release can be found through and select retailers. Prices will range from $35-$120 USD including clothing and sneakers alike.
