COMME des GARÇON has teased their next project with Nike ACG during a Paris Fashion Week show last week, this time taking on the Mountain Fly Low 2 in three clean colorways.
Paris Fashion Week is always worth paying attention to for sneakerheads, especially as collaborations between our favorite brand’s and high-fashion labels continue to grow more prominent. For years, Rei Kawakubo’s COMME des GARÇON has led the way, teaming up with Nike for regular releases, reworking some of the brand’s iconic silhouettes. This past week, CDG teased their next project with the ACG division, following up on their immensely popular Mowabb release for the first time since 2018. This time, they are taking a modern silhouette, the Mountain Fly Low 2, and dropping three clean colorways of the outdoor model. Featuring a slightly reworked upper with almost no ACG branding, pairs were seen in plain black & white colorways, as well as a mixed look. Other features include metal rings for the eyelets, and a toggle lacing system for easy access.

COMME des GARÇON’s take on the Nike ACG Mountain Fly Low 2 has been scheduled to release on March 22nd, 2024. Featured in white, black, and a mix between the two, pairs will likely be limited, and release through CDG retailers with a price tag of $260. UPDATE 3/20/24: CDG Homme Plus’ take on the Nike ACG Mountain Fly Low 2 is now scheduled to release this week, on march 22nd, 2024. Pairs will be available from CDG in-store and online, as well as from Dover Street Market for $260.
