BAPE and Reebok have reunited for their second collaboration this year. This time around, the two will be taking inspiration directly from the Japanese brand’s famous BAPESTA silhouette, applying the star logos to Reebok’s own Club C.

Reebok’s classic Club C trainer has been a high point among the brand’s offerings over the last several years, becoming one of the rising stars of retro sneaker culture. Now, the Club C releases in new special-edition colorways and projects regularly, feeding the continual search for a comfortable and sleek simple leather sneaker. However, the Club C is not without its own flashy collaborations, the latest of which surfaced online this week thanks to some early images from IG account YankeeKicks, showing of the BAPE x Reebok Club C “BAPESTA” in close detail. The new design makes some minor changes to the construction of the Club C to fit BAPE’s signature star logo, removing the leather midfoot panel that makes up Reebok’s vector logo as well as a thin strip of nylon webbing. In their place, the BAPESTA star is added in ballistic nylon, and comes in four various colors of BAPE camo, red and blue for the right shoe, and purple and green for the left.
