Yoon Ahn’s Ambush label first teamed up with Nike last year, to deliver a wild new high-top take on the retro Air Max 180. Then, back in January, Yoon unveiled her next Swoosh collaboration, the Dunk High, which will finally see a release this December.

The Nike Future Forum event in New York City back in January showed us some of the most ambitious, technically advanced offerings the Swoosh would be releasing throughout 2020, and looking back, we have barely seen any of them release so far. The event gave us an early look at the upcoming projects from Off-White, Sacai, Undercover, Matthew M. Williams, and last, but not least, Yoon Ahn’s Japanese Ambush label. During the show, Yoon and her team showed a stunning new take on the classic Nike Dunk High, modernizing the silhouette with fresh cuts, materials, and an oversized new Swoosh to match some current trends. Now, months after the initial unveiling, Yoon has finally shared some release info for the Ambush x Nike Dunk High. The futuristic take on the classic silhouette will available in two colorways, one pinked-out version, and a second black and white option that we have a closer look at this week, on the feet of Yoon herself.

AMBUSH X NIKE DUNK HIGH “BLACK/WHITE” RELEASE INFORMATION

The upcoming project from Yoon Ahn’s Ambush and the Nike Dunk, which will launch in black & white and pink colorways, is scheduled to drop sometime in December 2020, though a specific release date has yet to be announced. Given Ambush’s penchant for luxurious materials, and the release of their last project with Nike, we can expect these Dunks to be available from both Nike and select retailers, with a price tag somewhere in the $140+ range.
