As the Air Jordan 4 looks to turn 30 this year, the brand is expected to celebrate the model with releasing new editions to its line. Next month, the Jumpman team looks to show love to the little ones with the grade school exclusive Air Jordan 4 Monsoon Blue.

Debuting in 1989, the Air Jordan 4 has gone down as one of the most iconic models the brand has made. This year marks it’s 30th anniversary, and we have already seen leaks as the brand sets up for the historic year. As an example, we will see the Air Jordan 4 Bred, one of the most iconic Jordan’s ever, see an updated re-release this year. Although the Bred is a famous colorway we have seen before, we expect to see the model take on new colorways as well, just like this GS “Monsoon Blue.”

This edition looks to be another hit, as we see a very nice colorway just in time for spring. The upper is composed of an iridescent blue/purple color that changes looks when it is struck with light. Other portions of the sneaker like the laces, wings and netting complement the upper in a smooth light grey. The shoe then comes together with a white midsole that sees a semi translucent purple outsole. Overall, a great silhouette combined with a new fresh color is guaranteed to be a great pickup for any young Jordan fan.
