Jordan Brand is going all out in their quest to attract more female fans. This year has already featured a multitude of premium sneakers for the ladies, and now we have a look at the Air Jordan 13 in a “Phantom” colorway, launching in July.
Jordan Brand is taking their comeback in 2018 extremely seriously. While technically no comeback is necessary as they almost single-handedly made sneakers cool, Jordan still lost their spot as the second largest sneaker retailer in the United States. Thus, Jordan is making some changes to reclaim their spot. We’ve already experienced many of these alterations to their game plan with previous releases in the form of lower stock numbers and limited retailers. The most prevalent change, however, has been the addition of so many great new women’s colorways to the Jordan lineup.
The latest Air Jordan model to get an exclusive ladies-only colorway is the 13. One of the last silhouettes Michael played in, the Jordan 13 is also a hot release every time it rolls around. Next month, the silhouette will drop in a fresh new “Phantom” colorway, just for women. The new look covers the luxurious leather upper in Phantom white. The flat color is then paired with a snakeskin leather around the heel midsole shanks in a smooth beige tone.
