The Air Jordan 1 Mid has seen plenty of new styles over the past few years, as the original model continues its hot streak of releases. This week, we got an early look at a new canvas edition, arriving early next year in a smooth ‘Lavender’ look.

The Air Jordan 1 is unstoppable. With the high-top version available in dozens of fresh colorways over the past few years, Nike started to release the AJ1 Mid in plenty of new styles to feed the demand. Along the way, they’ve added some new materials and special-edition releases to their lineup, which will continue into the new year. This week, we have an early look at a new canvas edition of the AJ1 Mid, which casts the shoe in a clean ‘Lavender’ colorway. The pair features plain white canvas base layers for the toe box and midfoot, with black overlays on top of each. The lavender purple tone makes up the shoe’s heel sections, while black embroidered Swooshes on either side complete the look.
