The Air Jordan 1 Low is joining the brand’s retro releases of the Metallic series, taking on the extremely rare “Metallic Black” shade for a holiday 2024 release.
This year, Jordan Brand has been rereleasing the Air Jordan 1’s iconic Metallic series from 1985, rebuilding some original colorways with the current iterations of the silhouette. We recently saw the release of the “Metallic Blue” AJ1 Low, with the high-top burgundy style on the way this Summer. Now, we have an early look at one of the rarest styles from the original collection, “Metallic Black,” returning in low-top form later this year. The shoes come with a full white leather upper, adding metallic panels for the Swooshes and heels, and a neutral gray outsole underfoot.
