The NBA season finally came to a close last week, and already fans are turning their eyes to the 2018-2019 season. Specifically, All-Star Weekend. Check out the limited-edition Air Jordan 1 launching in Charlotte next year.

The NBA’s All-Star Weekend is always a spectacular few days for sneakerheads. This year, festivities went down in Los Angeles, California, and included some of the best sneaker releases of the year. One of the most notable drops from the weekend was the release of both black & white Air Jordan 3 “Cement” colorways, a fan favorite since the shoe debuted in 1988. Now, we have our first look at Jordan Brand’s plans for the 2019 celebration, which will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Thanks to infamous leak accounts House of Heat and Pinoe77, we have a good idea of what Jordan has in store for All-Star Weekend 2019. Currently, the Air Jordan 1 appears to be making a return, decked out in a new “Carolina”-themed colorway. The new look covers most the Jordan 1 upper in a smooth white finish, with minimal color additions to represent the Charlotte Hornets. The signature Swoosh comes in a light University Blue option, while the outsole and inner lining come in a bold purple to complete the look.
