adidas Yeezy 350 Boost infant ReleaseYeezy Season was in full effect yesterday, Saturday August 27th as the Yeezy 350 Boost dropped in two colorways, Pirate Black & Turtle Dove in infant sizes. However, the small sizes didn’t stop those from obtaining them and reselling them for over double the price.

Sneaker retailer Overkill did a great job in making sure the Yeezy 350 Boost in infant sizes got on the feet of children, rather than in the hands of resellers. What they did was enforce a rule where, directly quoted from them: “Parents were only allowed to buy a Yeezy, if these fit on their kids feet.” They didn’t make the kids camp out for the shoes, but instead their parents did, and they would come to the store later at launch time. Sure, the method they used wasn’t perfect, but there is no doubt it was the best of any other retailer. Photos on their Facebook page show the whole campout and release, and photographs of kids coming into the store with their parents, purchasing the shoes and lacing them up right away.
