adidas and James Harden look to celebrate his phenomenal 2018-2019 season with a Harden Vol.3 that boasts bright colors and wacky designs on the “Different Breed” edition.
James Harden definitely proved he was of a different breed this year on the court. The NBA superstar put together an MVP caliber season that saw an average of 36.1 points per game and recorded a new record of 32 straight games scoring 30+ points. To commemorate his amazing season and his remarkable talent, adidas and Harden bring forth the “Different Breed” Harden Vol. 3.
The sneaker is a mashup of different colorways that he wore throughout the season. If it sounds a little crazy, that’s because it is. Each shoe is nothing like the other. Drawing from a Ying-Yang aesthetic, everything is the opposite from the right to the left pair. Highlighted with metallic red and blue patent leather on the toes, pastel forefoot overlays, zebra prints, and neon pink and yellow accents, the shoe is definitely something that has never been seen before, much like the type of basketball player Harden is.
