Asics Gel technology has been a mainstay in the footwear industry since its debut in the last millenia, and continues to release regularly thanks to popular demand. This month, the Japanese brand is dropping two pivotal Gel models in eye-catching olive tones.
Asics’ Gel footwear have been quite popular in the past several years, thanks to a renewed fervor for the original models, as well as brilliant new additions to the already robust lineup. Some silhouettes feature a minimal amount of the squishy underfoot technology hidden in their soles, while others go all out with the updated 2019 version, Gel 360, which places a full-length Gel midsole underneath a number of Asics silhouettes. This month, the Japenese running brand is celebrating their Gel tech with a new flight jacket-themed pack of the classic Gel Lyte v and more recent Gel Quantum 360. Dressed in olive tones, both silhouettes are accented by hints of safety orange and silver for the look of a classic aviator jacket.
ASICS GEL “FLIGHT JACKET” PACK RELEASE INFORMATION
Asics’ new olive-toned, flight jacket-inspired collection, consisting of the Gel Quantum 360 and Gel Lyte V, launched earlier this week on November 1st, 2019. The two part collection retails for $170 and $130 respectively, and is available from select retailers like Berlin’s Solebox.
