Satoshi Nakamoto and Vans are back with another banger release ahead of Summer. Following up on their “Lucky Charms” release, the shoe has resurfaced with a new “Gems” makeup, though the general look for the Era 95 remains the same.
Satoshi Nakamoto and Vans are cooking this season. Last year, during Miami’s Art Basel event, the two showcased their upcoming project, a well-worn pair of the Era 95 sporting “lucky Charms” around the shoe’s collar. The release finally landed this season, and now fetches an incredible $800+ on resale markets. This week, the two are back with another iteration of the release, now dubbed “Gems”. The base sneaker, the Era 95, remains exactly the same as its predecessor, sporting a ripped and torn black canvas upper, exposed foam collars and tongues and Satoshi branding wrapping around the sole. The only difference is the namesake gemstones that line the collar and toes of the shoe. The Lucky Charm release features different shapes for these glittering stones, with stars, squares, and circles are varying in size. The “Gems” release standardizes these, limiting the stones to only circles and in two sizes.

The latest release from Satoshi Nakamoto and Vans has set its release date for this week, on April 30th, 2026. The project is expected to be extremely limited, given the amount of customs aspects there are added to this black pair of the Era 95. The full Vans’ store list is below, though pairs will be available online and from select retailers, though which partners and when is currently unknown. Pricing is set at $195.
