Japanese apparel brand nonnative is back with another stunning sneaker release this month. This time around, they have teamed up with Asics to take on their new GEL-Terrain GTX model, casting it in a “Brown Storm” color scheme.
Asics has been all in on their new GEL-Terrain sneaker since introducing the model earlier this Summer. Building on the legacies of some past GEL greats, the FUJITRABUCO and the GT-2000, the new model provides excellent traction and cushioning for your outdoor adventured, with a weather-resistant upper and classic Asics styling.
This week, nonnative has unveiled their version of the new Terrain sneaker, opting for the model’s new Gore-tex-lined edition for the project. Their take on the shoe remixes the shoe’s upper in a mesh and suede construction, with some synthetic taped mid layers for added durability in all conditions. The shoe comes mainly in a “Brown Storm” color, paired with soft cream tones and a sage green accent to complete the look.
