New Balance has pulled Los Angeles brand Bricks & Wood for their take on the new 9060 silhouette, following up on their debut 57/40 release from last year.
Bricks & Wood has been on the up & up for the last few years, producing simple stylish apparel as well as a number of Los Angeles-themed collections, most recently in collaboration with their hometown Dodgers. Last year, the brand unveiled their first collaboration with New Balance, delivering a bold green edition of the then-brand-new 57/40 silhouette. Now, the two have reunited for another special-edition release, this time dropping the B&W take on the recent 9060 silhouette. Sticking true to their design palette, the pair begins with a white spacer mesh base layer, which likely provides a plush and breezy fit. Next, layers of suede and leather in ivory white make up the the shoe’s many panels, while just a hint of bright green is added into the midsoles.

Bricks & Wood’s latest project with New Balance has not been announced for release, and likely will not land on shelves until early in 2023. The ivory white pair of the 9060 with green accents will likely launch initially from the brand’s website, followed by a wider New Balance release with a price tag of $150.
