The adidas Forum is all lover the brand’s release calendars this year, giving way to exciting new versions of the classic shoe. This week, adidas is gearing up to release a wheat-colored, Gore-Tex-clad pair, coming soon.
adidas’ Forum silhouette originally debuted in the 1980s, engineered for performance basketball. The shoe quickly became known for its off-court style, capturing the gaze of sneakerheads around the world. Now, the Forum operates as the Three Stripes resident vintage ball shoe, bringing 80s style into the modern day. However, adidas is always one for experimentation, like the upcoming release oof the Forum High Gore-Tex, a new weather-ready edition of the classic sneaker for the rainy season. Debuting in a high-top cut, this new iteration of the Forum changes some oof the shoe’s construction for a more technical look and feel, as well as, obviously, adding layers of Gore-Tex protection underneath.
