Early this month, we had our first look at the next release from Undefeated and Nike, reuniting for a simple take on the Air Max 95. The two debuted the shoes in Vegas this weekend, giving us an early look at the “Sail” white color, coming soon.
Undefeated and Nike are having quite a year together. Their Spiridon pack from early this year is quietly one of the best releases for the silhouette’s recent retro, and the return of their legendary Air Jordan 4 took over our feeds for the Summer. Their output over the last few years has been steady, with the two regularly releasing projects. The last five years alone have brought us numerous styles of the Dunk, Air Force, Air Max 90, Air Max 97, and the Terra Humara. Next up is the Air Max 95.
The first rumors of an UNDFTD x AM95 project surfaced early this year, before the shoe’s appeared in person early this month. Over the weekend, Undefeated attended ComplexCon in Las Vegas, releasing a limited supply of their new Nike project ahead of its wide release later this season. This gave us our first look at the upcoming “Sail” pair set for a holiday release. The look paints nearly the entire silhouette in white, even covering the see-through Air bubbles underneath. Like it’s black counterpart, one of the 95’s layers has been replaced with thin red and green stripes with the UNDFTD branding throughout.
