Salehe Bembury has surprised us this morning with the launch of his first in-house sneaker, the Spunge Osmosis. With four colorways of the brand new model now up for raffle, the winners will be selected next week.
Salehe Bembury is on a roll this year. The footwear designer has released at least one shoe per month so far in 2025, through his collaborations with New Balance, Crocs, and most recently, PUMA. This week, the designer has something new to share, unveiling his first in-house sneaker for the Spunge brand, the Osmosis. Bembury has worked in all levels of footwear design over the last few years, and has used that experience to create his own silhouette for the very time, without the outside resources of other brands. The model was unveiled today, and is already accepting raffles entries, with winners notified next week.
The debut of the Spunge Osmosis was a surprise this morning, in a sneaker industry where major releases are leaked sometimes a full year ahead of their release. Thanks to Salehe’s small team approach, this new sneaker has come out of nowhere, allowing them to both unveil and release the shoe on the same day. Four colorways have been crafted for the Osmosis’ debut, each of which will be available for $150. “Malawi” blue, “Slaw” purple, “Mung” green, and “Yukon” brown make up the launch lineup.
Brand new sneaker silhouettes can be tough to navigate, especially from smaller brands like Spunge. Their website, thankfully, shares a ton of info about the construction of the new silhouette. The shoe’s upper is constructed from a durable ripstop nylon for the base layer, paired with taped water-resistant layers and molded foam eyestays. The toes feature reinforced, abrasion resistant rubber caps for longevity. Underneath, the midsole hides a new Squish Tech foam material inside of an engineered rubber casing, with holes around the heel of the shoe that allow the foam to expand outward strategically.

The brand new silhouette, designed from the ground up by Bembury and his team, will come in four colorways at launch. Raffles for each style are open now, with winners notified on the set date next week. Pairs are available exclusively through Spunge for $150 each.
