Earlier this year, Nike promised their releases of the Zoom Vomero 5 would only increase. They are following through, with more colors like this ‘Iron Grey’ look set to arrive later this year.
The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 first released back in 2011, as a part of the brand’s running line. While the Vomero franchise has continued to release new styles to this day, the Swoosh revived the fifth iteration in 2018 for a short-lived run as a lifestyle model. Then, last year, the model returned, this time bringing a tidal wave of new colorways as appreciation for the older model as a casual shoe grew, with Nike eventually promising even more moving forward. Today, we have an early look at the upcoming ‘Iron Grey’ color scheme, which pits the shoe in a black base layer. Dark grey accents appear on the midlayers and the shoe’s 3M elements, while Picante Red Swooshes and Nike tags complete the look.

Nike’s next colorway of their Zoom Vomero 5 has not been officially announced for release, though they are expected to arrive on December 15th, 2023. Dressed in black with ‘Iron Grey’ and ‘Picante Red’, pairs will be available direct from Nike as well as select retailers for $160.
