The Nike Air Vapormax 2.0 has been a hit for the brand this year, helping their latest Air advancements to reach a much wider audience. To help keep units moving, the Swoosh regularly debuts new colors, like this “Racer Blue” coming next month.
Nike’s Vapormax series is one of the brand’s hottest new technologies. The initial run was a massive success, filled with stunning colorways and out-of-this-world collaborations CLOT, CDG, and Off-White. Now, the Vapormax is onto its second iteration, which has continued to fly off of shelves since its debut earlier this year. The latest colorway to surface online for a retail release is one of the most interesting yet, shrouding the Vapormax 2.0 Flyknit in Racer Blue. The new color scheme begins with a Light Cream tone on the upper half of the knit upper, mixed heavily with the signature blue tone around the toe box and side paneling. Then, the Flyknit fully transitions to the bright blue tone on lower sides of the shoe, highlighted by a cream Swoosh and black support panels on the heels. Finally, the new look is finished off by a deep blue Vapormax unit under foot.
