Nike SB does a remarkable job of catering to skate communities through local retail shops. Their Orange Label series is sold exclusively through these stores, giving everyone a chance at the iconic SB Dunk. This week, the model has surfaced in “Deep Fir” green, coming soon.
Nike SB’s Orange Label is a premium sub‑line designed specifically for skate shops and their communities. Introduced to honor and support local skate retailers, this collection offers understated colorways, durable materials, and subtle branding, distinguishing it from broader Nike SB releases. Models like the Dunk Low, Blazer, and Janoski have been featured in the Orange Label lineup, often incorporating classic color schemes such as white, navy, and gum tones. These releases are typically available exclusively through select skate shops.
The SB team has one last pair of their Orange Label Dunk lined up for the end of 2025, before they will reportedly take a hiatus on releases until 2026. The new style brings a “Deep Fir” color to the silhouette, which appears as a dark teal-green hue. This color covers the shoe’s suede and nubuck layers for the upper, adding a black tumbled leather Swoosh on either side. Soles are split between plain white and a gum outsole, while the Safety Orange Swoosh appears on the tongue badges.
