The time has officially come, official images were just revealed of the Nike SB x Air Jordan 1 Low that was leaked a couple of months back. Releasing this summer, it is a pair of kicks you do not want to miss out on.
Jordan Brand is likely the most iconic and well-known footwear brand there is to date. And behind them, Nike is not that far back as they have grown their fan base by finding different audiences to supply. When they launched Nike SB, it was a revolutionary move as the skateboarding community is huge. It also is recognized as bringing forth merging sneakers and streetwear fashion into one and is a big reason why the sneaker industry is as big as it is today. Now the two meet up on a Jordan Low, so you can imagine how this shoe will be perceived.
Nike SB has previously joined up with Jordan on a Jordan 1 High-top sneaker. Just recently they released the “NYC to Paris” and “LA to Chicago” that featured uppers that changed their looks the more you wear. Giving everyone a different look and allowing the shoes to tell their own story, it was a really great idea and design and the releases went over great. For this edition, the upper is dressed in white leather and sees Midnight Navy suede overlays. The perforated toe box then houses an Ember Glow Jumpman logo that is embroidered in precisely. A silver Nike Swoosh and a Nike SB branded tongue tab complete the design.
