Nike Dunk Low “Syracuse” Restocking Next Month

The Dunk is back in full, but Nike is just getting started. As upcoming new and retro colorways of the legendary silhouette continue to hit our social feeds, we finally have a better look at the fan-favorite “Syracuse” colorway dropping this Spring.

If you have not been paying attention to Nike’s revival of their legendary Dunk silhouette, now would be a good time. Over the last few years, the Swoosh has been slowly but steadily retroing one of the most important sneakers of the last several decades, the Dunk. Originally built for basketball, the shoe was quickly adopted by skateboarders and sneakerheads, who sought after pairs for their almost garish colors and artist collaborations. Now, nearly 20 years after Dunks took over, they’re doing it again. To feed the beast of demand, Nike has been releasing some old school favorites, like the “Syracuse” Dunk from 1985 and 2016. However, for the 2020 iteration, Nike has chopped off the higher ankle collar, instead opting for the Dunk’s low-top iteration.
