The Air Max 97 is not going away soon. Having leaked and subsequently released in many new colorways so far this year, official images recently surfaced of one of the coolest colorways yet. Check out the “Orange Cream” AM97, coming soon.
The Nike Air Max 97 is one of the most sought-after Air Max sneakers of all time. Designed by Christian Tressler, the 97 created an image of speed and aerodynamics thanks to its beautiful curves and wavy lines. Now, those same smooth lines and sleek look are getting ready to launch in a new Premium iteration. For the new “Orange Cream” colorway, the mesh upper of the 97 comes in a smooth white tone. Most of the shoe’s signature wavy lines come in the same white tone, though some of the central sections are dyed in an off-white color to add some depth and texture to the upper. The midsole and underfoot air bubble come in white to match the main body, with black detailing on the outsole and pull tab to hold it together. Finally, the new Air Max 97 is finished off with light orange branding around the shoe.

Nike’s next Air Max 97 colorway has not been announced for release, though they are expected to drop sometime in the coming weeks. Each pair of the crisp new white colorway will retail for $160 from both Nike and select retailers.
