Nike’s releases for 2020 are starting to ramp up, and with it are some some older silhouettes the Swoosh is bringing back into the fold this year. Amongst them is the Air Zoom Spiridon Caged 2, which is set to drop in the next few weeks.

The return of Nike’s Air Zoom Spiridon Caged 2 was certainly an unexpected surprise when we got our first look at the early-2000s silhouette earlier this year. Initially teased by A$AP Nast, the Spiridon Caged 2 was first shown to be the flagship model of the latest collaboration between Nike and California brand Stussy. Now, however, it appears Nike is giving the Spiridon Caged it’s own full retro release. Dropping first in two colorways, one red and silver and the second grey and silver, the Spiridon Caged 2 features a lightweight, airy mesh upper paired with thin leather overlays, which, in its heyday, created a versatile and incredible light running sneaker.
