The Nike Air Skylon 2 made its comeback in 2018 and looks to stick around this year as it is bathed in a crisp new colorway just in time for those warm summer months.
Originally released in the 90’s, Nike brought the Air Skylon 2 out of the vault last summer to complement the resurgence of trendy retro trainers. As the trend is still taking off in 2019, the model takes on a bright new summer colorway. The sneaker is made up of a white mesh upper with off white overlays and is highlighted with a classic black leather Nike Swoosh. The midsection contains the University gold color that blends in smoothly with the Spirit teal. The themed colors can be seen on branding throughout the sneaker as well, as the Air Skylon cursive logo is plated in to match the teal and the Nike Air logo embroidered on the heels can be seen in the bright University gold. To top it off, the colors are seen again on the bottom of the sole that finishes the look. Overall the trendy look accompanied with this type of colorway makes it a great shoe to pick up for the summer.
