In today’s sneaker industry, detailing is all about 3M and iridescent colorways. It seems like on every release there is at least a little bit of 3M detailing that adds that subtle flare. Nike has taken into account the trend and combined both of them on an all-white Air Max 97.
The upper arrives in white mesh and leather and features metalic silver iridescent panels over the wave-themed overlays as well as the branded overlay on the midfoot and tongue. As a silvery white midsole and a grey Air Max unit keep the theme going, an added flare of 3M is ready to pop when the shoe is exposed to light. When shined upon, 3M glows all throughout the silhouette.
