Nike ACG is preparing for another retro release from their archives this year, the Air Phassad. The early 2000s model was built as a slimmer waterproof offering, and will release in a new “Cave Stone” style this Fall.
Nike ACG’s archives are full of exciting and inventive silhouettes, all geared toward use in the outdoors and in any conditions. After Errolson Hugh’s time revamping the outdoor line ended in 2015, the ACG team has been focused on revitalizing some of their archival product for the modern day, in addition to introducing new ideas and silhouettes. This week, new colorways of the upcoming Air Phassad retro have surfaced, coming throughout 2025.
Nike’s official images of their new Phassad styles have started to spread across the internet, and one “Cave Stone” look caught our eye immediately. The look covers the shoe’s mesh and leather portions in the dark brown shade, while framing it in black via the ballistic nylon mudguards. This pair’s neoprene shroud piece and inner lining come in a light Aluminum blue tone, with Swooshes and webbing accents to match.
