New Balance’s future-forward WRPD Runner is primed for a string of new releases this season. This week, a “Navy/Sea Salt” has joined their Spring 2024 catalog, coming soon.
New Balance debuted their WRPD RUNNER sneaker in August, offering up a new lifestyle model that departs from their usual heavily-layered, retro look. The silhouette features a clean upper with minimal panels and stitching, mounted on top of a sculpted FuelCell midsole with sleek, wavy lines. This week, the brand added the “Magnet” and “Grey Matter” colorways to their release calendar for this week, but a third style in “Navy/Sea Salt” has emerged, coming soon. The new look features a sea salt white mesh base with grey ‘N’ logos and heels. Leather overlays are added in a tone currently dubbed navy, but is quite clearly a deep purple. Midsoles come in white, with pale yellow FuelCell pieces added in.

New Balance’s next colorway of the WRPD Runner has not been announced for release yet, but is expected to arrive sometime in Spring 2024. Dressed in a dark purple tone with sea salt, white, and pale yellow, pairs will be available directly from the brand’s website and select retailers for $150.
