New Balance’s revival of the retro 580 model has already begun, with some colorways seeing a release earlier this week. The brand has plenty more in the works, like this ‘Beef & Broccoli’ pair, expected to arrive early in 2023.
New Balance 580 running shoe has seen a recent uptick in releases, highlighted by collaborations with Palace and Stray Rats. Along the way, we’ve gotten an early look at a handful of new colorways, indicating a full wave of retro releases are on the way. This week, a new pair dressed in a fan-favorite ‘Beef & Broccoli’ look emerged online, and is expected to release early in 2023. The new style begins with a dark green mesh base layer, adding lush brown suede overlays from the toes to the heels. Black accents peak out from underneath, as well as making up the shoe’s midsole.

New Balance’s upcoming ‘Beef & Broccoli’ colorway of the retro 580 has not been announced for release, though they are expected to arrive in stores sometime in 2023. Dressed in shades of green and brown, pairs will likely be available from both New Balance’s website and select retailers with a price tag of $130.
