New Balance’s 2002R Surfaces in New “Beige” and “Cream” Colorways Overseas

New Balance’s revived 2002R silhouette continues to rollout in new colorways this month, this time making their debut overseas from New Balance Japan. Check out the new “Cream” and “Beige” colorways, coming stateside soon.

New Balance’s retro rehash of the 2002r silhouette has been a success several months in, with the initial release, Salehe Bembury’s Grand Canyon-inspired pair, taking home numerous ‘Best Of 2020’ awards. Now, with the initial collaborations and high-profile drops behind them, New Balance is releasing a slew of new in-line colorways over the course of the last two months. This week, two new additions to the lineup made their debut in Japan, giving us an early look at whats to come this Summer. Both new colorways feature near-monochromatic color blocking, the first arriving in a smooth “Beige” tan shade, while the second opts for a lighter “Cream”-based look. Each pair features the opposing color for the New Balance ‘N’ branding.
