New Balance is readying fresh colorways of their 1000 runner retro for the Fall/Winter season, dressing the shoe in seasonally appropriate colors. This week, a “Plum” purple style has emerged, coming soon.
The 1000 silhouette from New Balance has been a slow burn for the brand, arriving in new colorways every few months to fill out the brand’s lineup of the turn-of-the-century model. The shoe’s launch was highlighted by a project with JoeFreshGoods, and added a Kith collaboration to its resume this month. Now, new colors for Fall and Winter have started to emerge.
The latest of New Balance’s fresh takes on the 1000 has surfaced this week, dressed in a smooth “Plum” purple shade. The new look features a black mesh underlay, adding deep purple leather for its intricate outer panels. The midsole comes in a more lush shade of purple, with silver accents to complete the look.
