adidas Originals’ A-ZX series continues this month, with HighSnobiety taking the reigns for a special-edition release of the ZX 8000. Detail oriented and featuring high-quality materials, the ZX 8000 “Qualitat” drops this week.
HighSnobiety and adidas have brought about some interesting collaborations through their projects together, the highlight of which would probably be their shared UltraBoost, released almost exactly 5 years ago in 2016. Featuring luxurious threads to create the shoe’s Primeknit upper, and paired with suede midfoot cages, the penchant for quality cannot be understated. Now, the two are continuing this trend with the new ZX 8000 “Qualitat”, which makes up the ‘Q’ entry in adidas’ ongoing A-ZX series. Making use of the ZX line’s most beloved model for this project, the “Qualitat” edition is constructed from a palette of white and off-white tones stretching across its mesh and leather upper. The details stand out quite well, featuring double stitching lines for the main panels, leather lace dubraes, and stamped HighSnob branding on the heels.

adidas Originals latest addition to the A-ZX series, released in collaboration with HighSnobiety, will be available on April 23rd, 2021. The “Qualitat” ZX 8000 will be available from both adidas and select retailers like The Darkside Initiative, with an elevated price tag of $140.
