Asics has introduced a new outdoor shoe this season with the GEL-Terrain. Ready for the outdoors, the Japanese brand has already released a new update for the shoe with a Gore-Tex pack, available now in two colorways.
The new GEL-Terrain from Asics is just a few months old, and already has made quite an impression on their upcoming Fall/Winter 2024 lineup. The model takes inspiration from the FUJITRABUCO series and tooling from the GT-2000 8 model, combining them for a sleek and rugged new silhouette. With collaborations from Kiko Kostadinov and Up There already on the market, this week they’ve dropped a new Gore-tex pack for even more all-terrain durability.
Asics’ new GTX edition of the GEL-Terrain rebuilds the silhouette with a more minimal, and water resistant approach. The upper has been restructured with technical welding and no-sew elements to make them more waterproof, though the Gore-Tex membrane itself is doing most of the heavy lifting. Two tonal colors are available at launch, in “Graphite” grey and “Pure Silver” tones.

Asics’ new Gore-Tex edition of their new GEL-Terrain silhouette launched earlier this week, and is currently available in a wide range of sizes directly from the brand’s website. Both the Graphite Grey and Pure Silver styles come with a price tag of $190.
