March typically marks the start of releases for Spring and Summer colors from sneaker brands, and Asics is already on top of it with their latest releases. Today, the GEL-Nimbus 10.1 landed in a fresh “Truffle Grey” color scheme.
Asics’ GEL family of sneakers has been a huge source of inspiration for the Japanese brand in recent years, used as a platform to revive some past hits and engineer brand new models. Last year, the 2008 GEL-Nimbus 10.1 made its debut, updating the icon with new tooling borrowed from the Kayano 14, another current fan-favorite model. The 10.1 has been a steady piece of their arsenal in the months since, with new style surfacing every few weeks.
Today, Asics has launched their latest batch of colors for the GEL-Nimbus 10.1, which updated the color palettes for Spring 2025. Among the new pairs is a stunning “Truffle Grey” palette, which features a mix of beige and grey tones for the shoe’s mixed mesh base layer. Several of the overlay panels come in a metallic silver finish, while a muted pink shade adds a final touch to the laces, tongue badges, and midsoles.
