The “Black Phantom” Air Jordan 1 is a New Take on the Classic Bred Color Scheme

It looks like our luck with incredible new Air Jordan 1 colorways will continue into 2019. The original Jordan has reached new heights this year due to the brand’s re-devotion to the silhouette, which will continue next year with this “Black Phantom” look.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High is dominating 2018. Jordan Brand’s plans to reduce availability in order to increase demand has paid off tremendously. Air Jordans have become some of the hottest sneakers this year, all because of the brand’s recommitment to making great new colorways. Lucky for us, this trend is expected to continue full-force into 2019, starting with a sleek new take on the classic Chicago Bulls colors. The new “Black Phantom” colorway is an exciting new take on Jordan’s classic “Bred” color scheme. The upper on this pair will come blanketed entirely in black helping it live up to its namesake. The Nike Swoosh and Jordan Wings logo the sides comes in the off-white Sail tone to contrast the main body, while the look is finished off with a red outsole and presumably other red hits around the tongue and insoles.
