The upcoming collection from adidas and NYC’s Noah is almost here. Announced last week, today we have our first look at the footwear from the upcoming collection, featuring the SL72 and SL20 in two colorways, each made with Parley’s recycled Prime Blue knit.
Noah’s influence in the streetwear scene over the past several years cannot be denied. Elevating classic silhouettes and styles with their own signature collegiate touch, the New York-based brand has been one of the most exciting to watch grow. This month, they made another big leap, announcing a debut partnership with adidas Originals, teaming up with the German sportswear brand for a collection of footwear and apparel. Now, we finally have a good look at the project, which pulls inspiration from the ocean, as well as plastic, through its use of Prime Blue knit yarns. The Noah x adidas collection is highlighted by two sneakers, the SL72 retro runner and the shoe’s 2020 update, the SL20. Both shoes will be available in two matching colorways, one black and white with royal blue accents, and the second in royal blue and teal, with hints of red strewn throughout.Â

The upcoming capsule collection from adidas and NYC’s Noah has been scheduled to debut next week, on August 27th, 2020. Featuring two colorways each of the SL72 and SL20 sneakers and an accompanying apparel collection, the project will launch from both partners as well as the adidas Confirmed app, with prices ranging from $100 to $130 for the various footwear.
